1. Years of market experience

MEV successfully established itself in the market in 1999 and has grown into a solid medium-sized company with more than 500 employees all over Germany. We have carved out a market-leading position for ourselves and have set standards for our branches.

2. Safe workplaces

More than half our employees have been with us for more than ten years and our personnel development from our foundation to the present day speaks for itself. We are interested in long-lasting co-operation for mutual benefit.

3. Live at home, work away

As an MEV driver or wagon technician you don't have to move. During your multiple-day nationwide deployment cycles we will carry the costs for your official residence/hotel and for travel there and back.

4. Combining career and family

At some times in your life you need more time for your family. Of course anyone can work from home, but we always work together to find an acceptable solution for everybody

5. Fair pay structure, reliable payment of wages

We are social partners of the Union of German Train Drivers (GDL) and have signed the Federal Framework Train Driver Pay Agreement (BuRa-LfTV) as the basis of our performance-oriented pay structure.
By the way, your wage and salary will always arrive in your account on time.

6. Regular basic and further training

The staff here at MEV are motivated, engaged, versatile.
Comprehensive basic and further training is a given and is the basis of our flexible application potentials - in the interests of the company and all its customers.

7. Mobile equipment at a high technical level

Equipment with modern means of communication (e.g. tablets) guarantees functional communication between the employee on the train and operations control as well as the availability of relevant operational data on the go.

8. Development opportunities

We offer our employees various individual development and qualification opportunities.

9. Trustful co-operation with the works council

For many years the interests of employees have been promoted by an engaged works council which together with executive management seeks solutions which are beneficial for all.

10. Pleasant working environment

Our working environment is underpinned by flat hierarchies and open doors. Regular informal gatherings of employees and company parties encourage a culture of conversation and promote team bonding.
